There are no cancellations/refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Should an item become damaged during shipment, please contact us at with evidence of the damage within 36 hours of delivery. We would be happy to handle this matter. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, based on product availability. 

Many handmade items will have slight variations and no two items will be identical. We are passionate about producing unique, high-quality items that are designed with purpose. However, we realize that accidents do happen.

Returned shipments are paid by the customer. We cannot accept unauthorized shipments where you have not received a prior return authorization from us. They will not be refunded or credited for future merchandise.
