We hope that you love the "imperfect" nature of our handmade items. Many handmade items will have slight variations and no two items will be identical. We are passionate about producing unique, high-quality items that are designed with purpose. However, if something arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line of “Return/ Damaged Shipment”.
All damage claims must be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment, along with a photo of the damage in your email. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, based on product availability. We are not offering paid return shipping. All qualifying returns will result in merchandise credit, and in order for a refund, we need to hear from you within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
We cannot accept unauthorized shipments where you have not received a prior return authorization from us. They will not be refunded or credited for future merchandise.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOM OR HANDMADE ORDERS.
